The new zombies doesn’t have the same HP as the normal mode. The number of zombies depends in the total number of players and can varies between 2 to 6 zombies at the start.

Multi-Infection mode is the similar normal mode but with multiple infections at the start. That doesn’t mainly happens in 70% of the normal cases, but some players offers free kills to others.

If that first zombie dies, the games ends shortly and the human team wins. The first zombie have a lot of Health Points (HP) to allow him to survive against all the remaining. So, the game simply starts with the infect of a single human, who will try later to pass the infection to all or as max as possible of players.
